Ingredients

  • 1 can SPAM® Classic sliced into 8
  • Fruity Glaze
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped dried mangoes
  • 1 cup chopped dried pineapples
  • 1/4 cup glucose
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 8 slices grilled pineapples

Directions

  • 1.In a preheated oven at 350⁰F, bake SPAM® for 15 minutes or 5 minutes in a toaster oven. Set aside.
  • 2.Sauté onions in hot oil over medium heat for 1 minute and add dried fruits.
  • 3.Add glucose, wine, and honey. Simmer for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  • 4.
    Arrange 2 pc of SPAM® and 2 slices of pineapples on top of a bowl of rice. Top each bowl with a spoonful of fruity glaze.
