Pan Grilled Ono SPAM® Classic

Ono? You mean ooohhhh yeah! This Pan Grilled Ono SPAM® Classic is an oxymoron of a name.


  • 1/2 can SPAM® Hot & Spicy cut horizontally
  • 40g fresh tuna, cubed
  • 20g spinach
  • 1 pc cherry tomatoes, cut into quarter
  • 1 pc fresh rosemary
  • 1g chilli flakes
  • 100g Vegetable Oil
  • 1g pepper
  • 1g iodized fine salt


  1. Season SPAM® Hot & Spicy with chilli flakes and season fresh tuna with
  2. salt and pepper.
  3. Blanch the spinach for 1 minute and put the spinach in a bowl with water
  4. and ice.
  5. Use Blender to make the spinach sauce and set aside.
  6. In a heated pan, cook the SPAM® Hot & Spicy for 1 minute per side. Cut in
  7. half, diagonally. Set aside.
  8. In the same pan, sauté the fresh tuna. Arrange on a plate and serve
