Candied SPAM^® Bits

Ingredients

• 1/2 SPAM^® Classic , diced
• 50g brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• Ice cream

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 120 degrees C.
2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
3. In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
4. Add in diced SPAM^® Classic. Make sure everything is fully coated.
5. Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Mix and drain syrup every 5 minutes.
6. Remove from pan and cool before transferring to airtight container.
7. To serve, scoop vanilla ice cream, top with 1-2 tbsp candied SPAM^® bits.
