We can’t think of a better way to pig out than swapping the baboy of Tokwa’t Baboy with SPAM® Less Sodium. Now all you need is some goto and you’ve got a meal for the whole family. Or, for the crushingly lonely, your cat.

Ingredients

  • 1 can SPAM® Less Sodium , cubed 1x1
  • 1 block semi firm tofu, sliced 1” thick
  • 1 pc red onion, sliced thinly
  • 3-5 pcs red chili, sliced
  • 5 stalks spring onion, chopped (optional)
  • Sauce Mix:
  • o 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • o 1 tbsp vinegar
  • o 1-2 tsp sugar
  • o ¼ tsp black pepper
  • o Chopped onion
  • o Chopped garlic

Directions

  • 1.Prepare sauce, by mixing all ingredients together. Set aside.
  • 2.Preheat oil to 370 degrees F.
  • 3.Deep fry cubed SPAM® Less Sodium and sliced tofu.
  • 4.Drain on paper towel.
  • 5.Cut fried tofu into cubes.
  • 6.Toss SPAM® Less Sodium, tofu and sliced red onion together.
  • 7.Top with red chili and spring onion.
  • 8.Drizzle with sauce mix and serve more on the side.
